GTreasury is currently seekingan experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to lead our revenue accounting function and ensure compliance with ASC 606 and other relevant accounting standards. This role will oversee the revenue recognition process, manage a team of accountant(s), and serve as a key business partner to finance leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders. The Revenue Accounting Manager will manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This includes reviewing complex revenue transactions, evaluating customer contracts for proper revenue recognition treatment, and maintaining documentation to support technical accounting positions. The role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls over revenue accounting and leading process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability. You’ll prepare revenue‑related technical accounting memos and coordinate with external auditors during year‑end audits. Additionally, you’ll supervise and mentor revenue accounting staff, providing guidance on technical matters and professional development. The position requires partnering with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to assess the revenue impact of new business models or contract structures, as well as supporting the implementation and optimization of revenue accounting systems. You’ll also analyze revenue trends and variances, providing insights to senior management, and lead special projects related to M&A activity, system implementations, or process transformations. Review ERP input for customer contract activity for accurate billing data, revenue schedules, and ARR metrics Maintain deferred revenue reconciliation and waterfall reporting Partner with Sales to ensure accurate ARR results Manage working in a multi‑entity, multi‑currency financial environment Lead customer collections efforts Skills & Requirements:
We’re looking for CPA candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3-4 years focused on revenue accounting. You should have deep knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and experience with multi‑element arrangements, along with proven experience managing and developing accounting teams. Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to research and apply GAAP to complex scenarios are essential, as are excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention to detail capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems and revenue management tools, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex accounting concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders. You should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities and demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills. Experience in our industry and familiarity with revenue accounting in subscription, SaaS, or similar business models are a plus. Education Requirements:
