In This Role, You Will:
Perform evaluations and deliver patient‑centered treatment for geriatric residents.
Designagainst adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes.
Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care.
Supervise at least one PTA , offering guidance, support, and mentorship.
We’re Looking For:
A licensed Physical Therapist (or license‑eligible).
A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a
heart for the elderly .
Someone whoaniwang
organized, self‑directed , and thrives in a collaborative setting.
Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required).
