full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our experienced therapy team at Bethany at PacificEverett, WA.

In This Role, You Will
Perform evaluations and deliver patient‑centered treatment for geriatric residents
Design, monitor, and adjust care plans to ensure the best clinical outcomes
Collaborate with facility staff and the interdisciplinary team to support overall patient care
Provide expertise in dysphagia assessment & interventions
Deliver voice, communication, language, and cognition interventions
We're Looking For
Licensed (or license‑eligible)
Speech‑Language Pathologist
in the state of (State)
A clinician with strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly
Organized, self‑directed, and thrives in a collaborative care environment
Prior SNF or geriatric care experience preferred (but not required)
CCC's preferred - but we also welcome CFY applicants, with supervision resources available
Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
