Job Description Inova Health – Occupational Health is looking for a dedicated Lead Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. This role Cherry fully time day shift from Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Lead Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities:
Provides oversight of daily clinical operations, workflow, productivity and training to Outpatient clinical team members and updates management regarding any issues in the outpatient setting.
Collaborates with healthcare team members, patients and families to maximize patient outcomes and to ensure patients are processed proficiently and expediently
Serves as resource to team members and to provide training to improve team member competency and enhance level of service
Participates in quality improvementutc initiatives and reviews and shares any performance deficiencies with management
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Licensure:
RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia_profiles: Registered Nurse.
Experience : 3 years of registered nurse clinical experience.
Certification:
BLS from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Occupational Health, including Worker's Compensation, OSHA, Vaccination programs
