Medical (Wellmark Blue Cross & Blue Shield) Diamond Vogel is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly production employees in a paint manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality production while supporting employee performance, accountability, and development on the production floor. What you’ll do Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and scheduling goals Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching, and training to production team members Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality; address issues and bottlenecks in real time Hold employees accountable to performance, attendance, and safety expectations Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies Support continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners Maintain production and performance documentation Assist with onboarding and development of new team members What we’re looking for Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of manufacturing or operations experience Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment To apply for this position, please complete and submit our online application near the top of this page.
