Job Description Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of commercial properties in New York City. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership, financial acumen, and a thorough understanding of NYC’s commercial real estate market and regulatory environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, security, tenant relations, leasing support, and vendor management. Develop and oversee operating budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards, coordinating preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects. Negotiate and manage service contracts, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention. Oversee compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as building codes, environmental regulations, and safety requirements. Partner with leasing teams to support marketing efforts, tenant build-outs, and lease negotiations. Monitor market trends and competitive properties to inform operational and leasing strategies.
