Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Nashua, NH 03063

Duration: 3 month (Open position- possible FTE)

Shift: M-F 8am - 4:30pm, possible OT

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Small warehouse

Team Overview: Working with another warehouse coordinator

Resource's typical working day:

  • Update service orders with documents and shipping information
  • Able to manage time effectively to meet daily shipment times
  • Generate shipping labels / waybills for various local and global shipping carriers
  • Monitor status reports to meet specific delivery requirements
  • The shipping team throughput is approx. 30 to 60 orders daily.
  • Other administrative tasks supporting the Logistics, Calibration, and Repair teams may be assigned as the employee gains experience.

Must Have Skills:

  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
  • Great attention to detail

Interview Process: 1st round phone screen, 2nd round in-person interview with site manager including site tour

Primary Duties:

  • Provide Shipping and Logistics team coordination, planning, and assistance as required
  • Prepare outgoing and incoming shipping, workflow and regulatory documents to internal and external customer orders in compliance to all international requirements.
  • Review, create and edit all work orders to align with current capabilities and policies
  • Part / Inventory process management including status, inventory control, shipping documents and other administrative requirements
  • Create and manage all department supplies, parts, equipment and accessory orders
  • Coordinate all internal equipment for appropriate level of calibration performed with appropriate internal or external calibration facilities
  • Create, revise all internal orders, checklist, and workflow documents. Manage the work in progress listings and priorities accordingly
  • Generate, revise and track all repair quotations
  • Manage all order exceptions
  • Generate, track and provide status on all outsourced calibration and repair activities
  • Review outgoing orders to ensure work order and customer compliance
  • The position will be comprised of the following administrative tasks performed daily, and throughout the day, supporting our Logistics and Administrative team.
  • Update service orders with documents and shipping information

Miscellaneous:

  • Monitor emails for requests.
  • Contact the Customer Contact Center, as needed.
  • PUD – call Customers and coordinate Courier to pick up the equipment.
  • Perform physical inventory counts.
  • DOA and PRP returns to factory.
  • Special requests or shipments outside of routine.
  • Observe good housekeeping and safety procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, as well as communicate any unusual conditions and potential safety hazards.
