Dental Assistant Responsibilities Provide chairside assisting during dental procedures Take and process dental X-rays (X-Ray Certification required) Perform sterilization and infection control procedures Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments Assist with patient comfort and education before, during, and after treatment Maintain accurate clinical documentation Preferred that he/ she support front office tasks as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments Dental Assistant Qualifications Dental Assistant experience preferred X-Ray Certification required Knowledge of chairside assisting and sterilization protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic The ideal Dental Assistant is passionate about dentistry and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
