Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team onsite in North Olmsted, OH. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an organized and professional work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys being the go-to resource for office coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily office activities and serve as a point of contact for staff and visitors.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Support onboarding processes and help maintain employee documentation.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Familiarity with office systems and basic budgeting principles.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
