Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Organize and execute company events and employee engagement activities
- Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners
What We're Looking For
- Recent Manufacturing and/or Distribution Experience
- Event Planning Expertise: Ability to plan and execute successful events
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
