Description
Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant for an apartment community located in Roxbury, MA.
The Administrative Assistants role is to assist the efficient operation of the sites Management Office by answering all calls courteously, while expediting all resident?related issues to the appropriate staff.
Responsibilities
- Answer all calls promptly and courteously, referring to appropriate staff.
- Open incoming mail and distribute it to appropriate staff.
- Accept orders for maintenance problems/repairs, complete the work order form and give it to the Service Manager for timely completion.
- Perform general office filing.
- Provide assistance and/or coverage at other sister sites within the company portfolio if needed.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned to facilitate effective site operations.
- Take initiative and be self?motivated.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years business experience providing clerical and administrative support.
- Knowledge of Onesite.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Compensation and Benefits
