- Provides confidential coordination and administrative support for HealthTrust leadership, to include managing the schedule/calendar, making travel arrangements, written and oral communications, onboarding new employees, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with Admins
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the group of employees, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts and providing technical guidance on more complex issues.
- Responsible for training and development of group, estimating personnel needs, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policy. Fosters team and individual growth and is a resource for the team.
- Gain feedback on improving operation performance
- Monitor performance and guide in decision making
- Interface with department management to ensure administrative support needs are met
- Supervise the day to day activities of team to ensure proper administrative coverage is being provided for each department as well as reviewing workloads of each team member
- Conducts performance reviews, hiring, and terminations
- Approve timesheets in Kronos
- Bachelors degree, required
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, required.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a leadership role, preferred
- Ability to balance conflicting & changing demands. Works closely with individuals to resolve conflicts, required.
- Strong planning & organizational skills including the ability to manage several people simultaneously, required.
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss, explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally, required.
- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues, required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; ability to handle time-sensitive and stressful situations, required.
