This is a full-time, onsite role based in Madison, Wisconsin, with a consistent weekday schedule and flexibility for occasional agency events. Position Overview The Human Resources Manager leads all aspects of human resources operations while fostering a culture rooted in belonging, wellness, accountability, and growth. This role partners closely with organizational leadership to support recruitment, onboarding, staff development, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings empathy, cultural awareness, and a collaborative approach to supporting staff as they advance the organization’s mission and values.
