Im partnering with a well-established financial services firm in the Boston Financial District to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast?paced, high?performing environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who thrives in financial services or consulting and wants to join a firm that truly invests in its people.

What Theyre Looking For

• 35 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (financial services or consulting required)
• Strong calendar management, organization, and communication skills
• Independently coordinate complex meetings involving senior internal stakeholders, clients, regulators, and external partners
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion when committing executives time and evaluating competing priorities
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel
• Serve as a liaison between executives, their teams, and executive partners
• Professional, polished, and comfortable supporting senior executives
• Schedule: 8:30?AM 5:30?PM
• Hybrid: In?office MonThurs, remote most Fridays

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90K$100K (depending on experience)
