divh2Accounting Coordinator/h2pAs a CBRE Accounting Coordinator, you will assist the Accounts Receivable and Payable department with basic data entry tasks. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliEnter transactions including billing, collecting payments, and sending statements./liliTrack and verify lockbox receipts, terminations, and security deposits./liliPost cash receipts and review the applications of open and prepaid credits./liliAssist with data management including recording payments and tracking deposits and credits./liliEnter invoice information into the system. Prepare vendor refund checks./liliHelp with paperwork at the end of the month, such as copying, organizing, and binding reports and creating and maintaining financial files for reporting team./liliEstablish basic work routines and standards in the application of work and keep track of files, making sure they are accurate and complete tasks by following guidance given by the supervisor or manager./liliUse existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion./li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Knowledge of simple accounting fundamentals./liliCommunication skills to exchange straightforward information./liliWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc./liliStrong organizational skills with an inquisitive attitude./liliBasic math skills.
