As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within financial and tech/media environments. Your visible presence helps to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including office spaces, financial areas, and media or technology zones, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access within financial institutions and tech or media locations.

+ Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance needs during patrols.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address security-related concerns as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

+ The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
