Office Assistant
Our client, an entertainment company located in Hollywood, is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team on a contract to hire basis. As the Office Assistant, you will play a very important role in the day to day success of the entertainment organization. Your main job duty will be data entry into Excel, accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in the company database, and ensuring records are complete and error-free, and adhering to data security policies. Additional administrative duties may be required! This is a contract to hire position that is onsite daily. Hours are 8am-5pm and parking is covered. Our client offers room for growth and a relaxed working environment. Pay is up to $25/hr.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry with strong 10-key typing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Ability to work efficiently on repetitive tasks without loss of focus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain records effectively.
- Basic understanding of data management procedures and protocols.
