Milwaukee Catholic Home, a dynamic, faith-based continuing care retirement community on Milwaukee's East side, is seeking a Social Worker.

The Social Worker works with residents and family members to provide support and assistance as needs or concerns arise regarding admission, adjustment, psychosocial well-being, finances, discharge or transfer, mood, behavior, and cognition.

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
• One-two (1-2) years' experience in a long-term care setting is preferred
