Social Worker – Milwaukee Catholic Home
Milwaukee Catholic Home, a dynamic faith‑based continuing care retirement community on Milwaukee’s East side, seeks a Social Worker.
The Social Worker works with residents and family members to provide support and assistance as needs or concerns arise regarding admission, adjustment, psychosocial well‑being, finances, discharge or transfer, mood, behavior, and cognition.
Qualifications masana?
Requires cilié Bachelor’sიუმ Degree in Social Work
One‑two (1‑2) years’ experience in a long‑term care setting is preferred
