Responsible for the enforcement of all company factory rules, policies, and all applicable safety requirements. Address team member performance issues and apply the Klauer progressive discipline process with the support of Production Supervisor and Human Resources. Act with direction from supervisor to ensure production and shipping schedules are efficient and timely. Routinely walk production floor to assist with quality and safety initiatives.
