This individual will play a key role in improving recruiting systems and workflows, advancing automation, supporting compliance across regions, and enabling scalable hiring operations worldwide. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to inclusion./ph3What Youll Be Doing:/h3ulliOversee and continuously improve global recruiting workflows for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and a consistent candidate experience./liliManage and enhance NVIDIAs recruiting technology stack, including Workday, Eightfold, HackerRank, Textio, and related tools./liliCollaborate with Legal, HR, and regional leaders to ensure recruiting practices align with labor laws, privacy requirements, and NVIDIAs diversity and inclusion standards./liliProven ability to navigate complex, global MA transactions with speed and precision./liliImplement automation to improve sourcing, scheduling, hiring, and communication workflows, helping reduce manual tasks and increase recruiter effectiveness./liliLead a global team of recruiting operations specialists with a focus on coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement./liliSupport enterprise recruiting programs, including employer branding, employee referrals, training, and university hiring initiatives./liliManage recruiting operations and vendor relationships with an emphasis on value, good experience, efficiency, and long-term partnerships./li/ulh3What We Need to See:/h3ulli12+ overall years of experience in recruiting operations, people systems, or talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role./liliBachelors degree or equivalent experience./liliDemonstrated success designing and scaling hiring operations in high-growth, global environments./liliStrong expertise with ATS platforms (especially Workday), and tools such as Eightfold, HackerRank, Textio, and automation platforms./liliProficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and the ability to translate metrics into strategic insights./liliAbility to navigate matrixed organizations and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders./liliUnderstanding of international labor compliance, data privacy regulations, and inclusive hiring best practices./liliStrong communication and people leadership skills, with experience managing distributed teams with a one team mentality./li/ulh3Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:/h3ulliLed the transformation of recruiting operations across multiple regions or business units./liliYouve introduced automation that improves efficiency without sacrificing candidate experience./liliPassionate about building fair, accessible, and inclusive hiring practices at scale./liliLead with data and collaborationbringing others along while driving measurable results./liliYou thrive in complex, global environments and enjoy solving cross-functional challenges./li/ulpThe base salary range is 192,000 USD - 368,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
