American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab/EP Lab travel assignment requiring a MO or compact RN license, with BLS and ACLS certifications.
Job Details
- Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab of a hospital setting,
- Day shifts, 4x10 schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM,
- Primary procedures include monitoring and circulating for ablations, device implants, Watchman procedures, and lead extractions,
- Utilizes Epic EMR system,
- Assignment spans 13 weeks,
Job Requirements
- Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration,
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required, without expiration within the first 30 days unless renewal is scheduled,
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience and 1 year of recent experience in EP, Cath Lab, or related specialty,
- Critical care, EP Lab, ICU, or Cath Lab background preferred,
- No gaps in employment greater than 90 days within the past 12 months,
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SIN not accepted),
Additional Information
- Flu vaccination required for travelers from November 1 to April 1, with exemptions needing client approval,
- Wear black scrubs as dress code,
- Up to 5 days of requested time off may be allowed and must be made up during the assignment,
- Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to reduced rates and may only work up to 3 consecutive contracts locally before a mandatory separation or transfer,
- Blocked scheduling may be permitted based on facility needs,
