Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of heavy civil projects.
* Manage budgets, contracts, and change orders.
* Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
* Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of earthwork, paving, grading, and underground utilities.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, MS Project).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
