Responsibilities:
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations and routine follow-ups
* Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
* Collaborate with facility staff and family members
* Document care in accordance with regulatory standards
* Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care
Qualifications:
* Certified PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner)
* Active, unrestricted state license
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience with geriatric or long-term care populations preferred, but not required
