Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate educational projects ranging from PreK to K-12. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and architecture, with a passion for enhancing educational spaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for PreK and K-12 educational projects.
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and educational stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
* Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards regarding educational facilities.
* Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential project delays or issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management of architectural projects
