About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, medium organization within the commercial general contractor industry. They lead the market in retail and restaurant construction while maintaining a stable supportive culture.

Job Description

* Coordinate and oversee all phases of retail construction projects from start to finish.

* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

* Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

* Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts effectively.

* Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

* Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal construction regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Retail Construction should have:

* Ground up commercial project experience

* Retail and restaurant construction preferred

* 4-5 years of experience preferably coming from well known local firms.

* Needs to have BD/Sales experience who knows construction

* Effective communication and leadership abilities.

* Proficiency in project management tools and software.

* Capability to manage budgets and project costs effectively.
