Job Description

* Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery

* Monitor safety compliance and enforce best practices on-site

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and transparency

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contracts

* Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools

* Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
