Job Description
* Oversee all on-site construction activities for $20M+ healthcare projects (FSEDs).
* Manage safety, scheduling, subcontractors, and quality control from groundbreaking to closeout.
* Leverage Procore and construction tech to streamline operations and reporting.
* Collaborate with PMs, architects, and owners to ensure seamless project execution.
* Mentor and develop junior staff , fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
* Report directly to the Regional Manager and play a key role in CPPI's Tampa expansion.

* 5+ years as a Healthcare Superintendent with ground-up/ACHA experience .
* Proven success on large-scale ($20M+) healthcare projects .
* Strong tenure : 2-5+ years at previous companies - no job hoppers.
* Procore proficiency and a tech-forward mindset.
* College degree is a plus, but real-world results matter more .
* Passionate about mentorship, team development, and long-term growth .
