Job Description
* Assist PMs and Superintendents in project planning, implementation, and close-out phases
* Prepare submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, schedules, and progress reports
* Help manage subcontractors, vendors, logistics, and project documentation
* Participate in site walks to verify quality, safety, and schedule compliance
* Maintain organized records and support overall cost/schedule control

The Successful Applicant
* 1-3 years of construction or project coordination experience
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Planswift a plus
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working both in an office and on active job sites
