The Dalmar
Night Auditor (11pm - 7:30am Shift) ($16 per hour)

The Wurzak Hotel Group is looking to add a skilled Night Auditor to their team to manage all aspects of hotel guest's accommodation within the Dalmar & Element hotel in downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL . You will welcome new guests and issue room keys, manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
General Requirements
* Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
* Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house
* Responds promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest request cannot be met
* Complete the pass-on log whenever a complaint is reported
* Maintain all areas of the front desk
* Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
* Manage online and phone reservations
* Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
* Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
* Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
* Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
* Respond to guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs
* Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
* Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
* Cover other areas of hotel as needed
* Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
* Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, Receptionist, or similar role
* Experience with hotel reservations software, Lightspeed & EMPOWER GXP
* Customer service experience
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
