Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Shifts: All Shifts Available

Pay Rate: Up to $40/hr

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

* Ensure all nursing staff perform their duties according to their job descriptions.

* Participate in facility inspections by authorized regulatory agencies.

* Conduct daily rounds to monitor and uphold nursing care standards across the department.

* Address and report staff complaints or grievances to the Director of Nursing Services.

Qualifications:

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida

* Nursing home experience preferred

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
