Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead and support the Nursing Department, ensuring full compliance with all healthcare standards and regulations.

* Conduct daily rounds within the department to uphold and promote exceptional nursing care.

* Participate in facility surveys conducted by government agencies as directed by DON and ADON.

* Proactively address and resolve complaints and grievances to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License issued by the State of Florida.

* Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
