Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Department: Facilities / Operations
Reports To: Facilities Manager / Food & Beverage Manager
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Weekends, Holidays & Evenings Required)
Position Summary
Talking Stick Golf Club is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to
maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the clubhouse, restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas,
event spaces, and on-course restrooms. This vital role ensures a clean, welcoming, and sanitary
environment for all guests, members, and staff.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and understands the
importance of maintaining high cleanliness standards in a hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, and clubhouse common spaces
* Clean and restock on-course restrooms located throughout the golf course
* Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces as needed
* Empty trash and recycling bins and restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
* Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and glass doors
* Respond promptly to housekeeping-related requests from other departments
* Assist with laundry tasks (if applicable), including washing, drying, and folding linens
* Maintain a clean and organized supply cart and storage areas
* Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report needs to the manager
* Ensure all cleaning procedures follow safety and sanitation regulations
* Report maintenance issues, damage, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor

Qualifications
* Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
* Ability to work independently and follow a routine cleaning schedule
* Physically able to bend, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods
* Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
