In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management. You will review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis.
* 7 years in Project Management, Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presence.
* Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in Financial Services and matrixed environments.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale programs across multiple business lines.
* Familiarity with Financial Crimes Risk Management (BSA, AML, Sanctions Screening).
* Strong change management and consulting skills.
* Agile methodology experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Advise leadership on program success, prioritization, and change management strategies.
* Lead resolution of highly complex challenges with long-term impact.
* Oversee planning, financial management, risk assessment, and status reporting for large-scale initiatives.
* Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure program success.
* Provide vision and expertise for companywide business solutions.
