Travel RN - Cath Lab - Electrophysiology (EP)

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab position in a hospital cardiac cath lab with a high-volume ablation program and AHA BLS/ACLS certification.

Job Details

- Position is in the Cardiac Cath Lab focused on electrophysiology procedures,

- Unit consists of 4 EP rooms supporting complex ablation, cardiac rhythm management (CRM), and left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) procedures,

- High volume, advanced EP lab environment,

- Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule, 07:00-17:00, with one day off each week,

- One assigned late day per week to cover cases extending beyond regular hours,

- No on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts,

Job Requirements

- Active IN or compact RN license required,

- Nursys license verification and current license with primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start,

- Minimum of 1 year EP Lab RN experience,

- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required,

- Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and US home address,

Additional Information

- Role involves assisting with high-acuity electrophysiology procedures including complex ablations, CRM, and LAAC,

- No Covid vaccine requirement for this position,

- All Ascension facilities have a radius rule with local candidates accepted at a reduced rate; distance varies by state,

- Candidate must provide two references, a copy of driver's license, and license verification for job consideration,
