* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a medical-surgical unit, focusing on assessment, treatment, and patient recovery.
* Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
* Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and document care in accordance with established protocols.
* Provide patient education regarding recovery, discharge instructions, and overall health management to promote long-term well-being.
* Participate in unit operations, including patient assignments, resource allocation, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Candidate requirements
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
* Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a medical-surgical unit.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
