Job Description
* Lead complex MEP-heavy renovation and retrofit projects, with a primary focus on a major Washington, DC site
* Oversee multiple project locations, ensuring technical excellence, schedule adherence, and budget control
* Coordinate closely with in-house engineering teams to deliver fully integrated design-build solutions
* Manage subcontractors, including mechanical and controls partners
* Ensure all work aligns with energy-efficiency goals and project performance requirements
* Provide hands-on leadership on-site; occasional travel to additional project locations (NY, NJ, NC)
* Uphold and model the company's core values in all interactions

The Successful Applicant
* Strong background in commercial construction
* Deep technical expertise in MEP systems, HVAC upgrades, controls, and automated building systems
* Experience with renovations, retrofits, and occupied-facility upgrades
* Candidates from mechanical subcontractors are welcome
* Engineering degree strongly preferred and typically guarantees an interview
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with a high level of technical rigor
* Must be based in the DMV area or willing to relocate
