DESCRIPTION
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with local and national electrical codes
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to accurately layout electrical systems
* Install and troubleshoot electrical components, including transformers, circuit breakers, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
* Test and ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems using advanced testing devices like ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes
* Work alongside other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems in construction projects
* Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment
REQUIREMENTS
* Valid Journeyman Electrician license
* Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
* Strong knowledge of frame carpentry and building practices
* Proficiency in working with power tools and hand tools
* Experience with low voltage systems and industrial electrician work
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and logic controllers
* Familiarity with commercial electrician work and installations
* Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance, if requested
* Willing to wear required PPE
* On call rotation
Pay Rate: $35-$38/hr
