Job Description
* Oversee and manage a ground-up, stick-frame multifamily construction project from start to finish.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
* Provide leadership and problem-solving on-site to maintain smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant
* 3-5 years of project management experience in construction.
* Strong field experience with hands-on involvement in multifamily builds.
* Proven ability to manage ground-up projects, preferably stick-frame construction.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
