Job Description
* Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
* Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
* Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
* Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
* 5+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects from the ground up with a general contractor
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What's on Offer
* Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 not including discretionary bonuses based on project milestones.
* Auto allowance of $500/month.
