Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in New York. This role will play a key part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a great candidate experience. This position requires a hybrid work schedule with regular onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social networks, referrals, and networking events.
* Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
* Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
* Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.
* Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
