BOOKKEEPER
$55,000 - $60,000 We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client's accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to handle financial data with confidentiality.
OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:
* Maintain and update financial records for the warehouse company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
* Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
* Track and manage inventory transactions in coordination with warehouse operations.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.
BOOKKEEPER'S PREFERRED QUALIFICATONS:
* Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in accounting software
* Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
