Administrative Assistant Location: Onsite role in Columbus, OH
Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks across multiple departments, ensuring smooth workflows, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
* Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage mail.
* Maintain office supplies and equipment.
* Organize digital and paper filing systems.
* Assist with scheduling, event planning, and special projects.
* Track paperwork and receipts; perform basic AP tasks after training.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent required, associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
* Ability to become a notary within 100 days.
* Construction industry experience is a plus.
