What You'll Do
* Own end-to-end retention strategy across lifecycle, CRM, and in-product messaging for Polymarket's US App and Polymarket.com
* Build and optimize email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns to drive repeat trading and frequency
* Design lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and win-back
* Partner closely with product, data, and growth to test retention levers (UX, incentives, content, timing)
* Define and track core metrics (D1/D7/D30 retention, frequency, cohort LTV) and turn insights into action
* Run fast, data-driven experiments to increase engagement around key events, markets, and moments
* Weekly reporting to both product and growth
What We're Looking For
* 3-6+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing of a consumer app
* Experience owning retention across web + mobile
* Strong analytical instincts-comfortable working with cohorts, funnels, and experimentation
* Clear communicator who can move quickly in a high-velocity, event-driven product
* Bonus: experience with trading, OSBs, crypto, or real-time marketplaces
