American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring night shifts and current NRP and fetal monitoring certifications.
Job Details
- Position is in a hospital Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Nursery (LDRPN) unit,
- Night shift from 18:45 to 07:15,
- 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract,
- Rotation every other weekend is required,
- Holiday shifts are required if scheduled on a holiday,
Job Requirements
- Active RN license with Nursys primary source verification within 30 days prior to start,
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience required,
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association,
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from AHA/AAP,
- Fetal monitoring training or certification completed within the past 2 years (AWHONN, Relias, or equivalent),
- US Social Security Number and US home address required,
- Copy of driver's license required for consideration,
Additional Information
- Provide comprehensive nursing care covering labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn nursery,
- Must be prepared to work all assigned holidays during the contract,
- Dress code and scrub requirements will be provided during onboarding,
- Local candidates are accepted but receive a reduced pay rate depending on facility radius policies,
- All positions are auto-offer and do not require a COVID-19 vaccination as of July 2023,
