Job Description
* MUST have prior experience with ComputerEase for consideration for this role.
* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
* Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.
* Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial tracking for construction projects.
* Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
* Supervise and mentor accounting staff to maintain high performance standards.
* Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

A successful Accountant/Controller should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
