Job Description
* Oversee all phases of ground-up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
* Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery
* Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
* Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and change orders
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
* Monitor progress on-site and resolve issues proactively

The Successful Applicant
* Experience: 5-6 years in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager capacity
* Background: Open to strong APMs ready to step up or seasoned PMs; candidates should be confident managing responsibilities with minimal supervision after their first project
* Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a proven track record in ground-up construction
