The DC office is a tight-knit team of 7 professionals, including experts in estimating, finance, and administration

Job Description

As Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of public sector construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment.

Responsibilities include:

* Leading project planning, budgeting, and scheduling

* Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders

* Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

* Reporting progress to leadership and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

You're a seasoned construction professional with a stable career history and experience managing public sector projects.

You bring:

* 7+ years of experience in commercial construction

* Proven success managing projects from preconstruction through closeout

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Familiarity with public sector clients and processes

* A collaborative mindset and long-term career vision
