Job Description
As Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage municipal new construction projects ($30M range)
* Coordinate with estimating, finance, and administration teams
* Lead subcontractor selection and contract negotiations
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Maintain strong client relationships and project reporting

The Successful Applicant
You are a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex, ground-up construction projects. You excel at leading teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Ideal Qualifications & Attributes:
* 5-10+ years of experience in commercial or municipal construction projects
* Proven success managing projects in the $20M-$50M range
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
* Ability to lead subcontractor negotiations and manage contracts
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes
* Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction
