As an RN in this specialized unit, you will provide care to patients with renal and vascular conditions, including those undergoing dialysis or requiring specialized vascular treatments.

* Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with renal and vascular conditions.
* Administer medications, including hemodialysis treatments, as prescribed by physicians.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and progress.
* Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, including managing potential complications such as infections, blood pressure fluctuations, and access site complications.
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Candidate requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in renal, vascular, or critical care nursing
* BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
* Previous experience in dialysis or vascular access management preferred
* Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities
